Rockinghorse is a Brighton-based charity that has been supporting children in Sussex for over 50 years and is known to many of us.
No child wants to be in hospital, especially at Christmas.
Every year a wonderful lady collects new toys for those children who will be in hospital over the Christmas period on behalf of Rockinghorse.
This year there is a drop off point at Mabel’s Emporium in Victoria Way, Burgess Hill.
Please could you help and give to a child this Christmas.
The Burgess Hill Town Council Help Point is still open for food bank vouchers and SHC audiology at specific times.
It is open for food bank vouchers on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 am to 1 pm and on Fridays for SHC audiology patients with appointments. If you do not have an appointment, you will need to arrange one before coming in.
For any queries, the Help Point team can be contacted on 01444 247726.
They can also be reached on email at firstname.lastname@example.org or visit www.burgesshill.gov.uk
